Become a Facilitator
If you would like to become a support group facilitator, Family Light would love to help you achieve your goals! We support anyone with desire to facilitate in getting their training and launching their group. Please contact our director, Lana Morrow, to discuss what would be the best fit for you before getting started. Send an email of interest to Lana at familylightconnect@gmail.com.

Step 1: Complete the Facilitator Training through Circle of Parents HERE
This is a two part training. Follow the link and complete the interest form. Within a day or so you will receive an email with information to set up your profile and gain access to your training videos. Completion of the videos can be done at your own pace but only takes a couple hours in accumulative total. Once you have completed the video training requirements, you will receive an email with the date and link of your two hour virtual training meeting. (background check conducted at conclusion)

If you would like to become a group facilitator officially under Family Light, you must complete the Family Light Volunteer Application and meet/agree to our criteria reflecting our goals and values aligning with our mission statement. Those who do not meet all criteria will still be supported to launch their own group, but will not be considered a group under the umbrella of Family Light.

Family Light official group facilitators will receive additional training and support through Family Light.

Did you know that you are an expert on what you have lived? You know what it's like first hand to go through it. The darkness and challenges we walk through do not define us, they equip us to help others going through similar things. Here at Family Light, we want to encourage you to walk into the light and help shine that light for others. What ever it is you have struggled with, we want to support you in not only overcoming that struggle, but also using what you have learned to help guide and support others. Divided we fall, we isolate, we give up. But united, we stand, we heal, we recover, and we serve.
